Mental Wellness Tip #1

No, I won't start with exercise...

Get out into nature!

There is evidence to show that when you get out into contact with nature, whether it be a pet,
garden, park or hike in the bush, your mood improves and you feel less stressed.  So, as much as you may not feel like it, get yourself out there, get some natural Vitamin D from the sun (safely please) and simply take a walk in a park or at the beach. 



Feel how your mood lifts and just enjoy the moment.  Sink your toes into the sand or grass, breath in the air and relax.   See if you make this a daily or weekly ritual, but get out into nature as often as you can...
